JOIN ME ON A BIKE AT HOME FOR 45 MINUTES OF ENERGY, SWEAT AND MOTIVATION. WE RIDE TO THE BEAT OF THE MUSIC AND JOURNEY THROUGH A COMBINATION OF SPEED AND RESISTANCE WORK THATS EMPOWERING, MOTIVATIONAL AND MINDFUL.
